Our purpose is to reach every child with the life-giving message of Jesus that they might become fully devoted followers of Christ. In Calvary Kids, we will share God’s light in order to draw entire families into His Kingdom.
Our focus is on imparting three main principles to our children:
1. I belong to God.
2. God made me and loves me.
3. I will share His Light to all.
We desire for each child to experience a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We also value children’s relationships within the small class setting as they relate to their teacher and other children within the group. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children are placed in a group of familiar faces where relationships can grow!
We believe that safety is vital as families entrust us with their children each week. Therefore, every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check, and every hallway is monitored with security personnel.
Kids love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus.
We are so excited that you are considering baptism for your child! Every child can have a personal relationship with Jesus, and in Calvary Kids, we encourage them to make a decision to follow Him. We advise parents to wait until their child is asking to be water baptized. If your child is ready to be baptized, their next step is to register to be Baptized.
This area is specially designed for mothers with infants to enjoy the services in a private environment where you can feed, change, and care for your baby. The service is streamed live in this area just for you. When you are attending a Calvary Church service, one of our ushers or Dream Team members can direct you to the Mother’s Room.
